The following barcode products are recommended and have been tested with Palace Stock Tracker.
Other products may work but we cannot guarantee they will and we cannot support them.
We do not supply or install hardware or consumables. You must refer to your IT department or existing support company to install new hardware.

Please ensure that you order printers with the correct connectivity for your PC/network hardware. If buying cash drawers ensure that connector voltage and voltage is correct (normally RJ11 12V).

Palace IT officially supports the following low cost printers which have been tested with Stock Tracker:
Brother HL-2250DN mono duplex network printer
This is a mono laser printer (there is no scanner), with network connectivity, double sided printing and a 250 sheet capacity. These normally cost around £80 each including VAT.
Brother HL-7360N mono single sided network printer, scanner and copier
This is a mono laser printer, scanner and copier with network connectivity, and a 250 sheet capacity. These normally around £130 including VAT.
The scanner is supported for scanning documents/attachments into Stock Tracker.
Please note that Stock Tracker does not support scanning from Remote Desktop machines.
The above printers are usually available from "printerbaseltd" on eBay who normally offer free next day delivery.
Using Other Printers
Even though most other standard printers work with Stock Tracker, we only offer support for the printers listed here. We cannot assist with printer specific issues for third-party printers.
